Wet hair with lukewarm water. Lather a generous amount of CBD shampoo into your scalp, allowing the lather to work its way to the tips of your hair.
Give your scalp a 1-minute massage. This will help to loosen dirt/oil and debris that build up in the hair, relax you as there are many pressure points on your scalp (and we all deserve a little relaxation, even if for only one minute), and this will stimulate new hair growth as you stimulate the hair follicles during the massage.
Rinse out with lukewarm water and for best results, follow with CBD conditioner and mask.
